We’re looking for an experienced and passionate E-Commerce Trading Manager to lead the day-to-day success of our website and take our digital presence to the next level. You'll help shape how people discover and buy our products online — creating seamless, exciting journeys that turn inspiration into action.

Bring digital experiences to life

As E-Commerce Trading Manager, you'll shape how customers connect with Crown Paints online. You’ll lead initiatives that make our website easier to find, more engaging to explore, and better at converting interest into action.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Manage and optimise the Crown Paints e-commerce website, enhancing both performance and customer experience

• Deliver digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic and boost online sales

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compelling content and seamless customer journeys

• Use data and analytics to understand behaviour, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement

• Support seasonal campaigns, key product launches, and innovative new features

What you’ll bring to the table

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the following areas will set you up for success:

• A background in e-commerce, digital marketing or online trading

• Confidence using data and insight to guide decisions and improve performance

• Experience with CMS platforms (Magento or Adobe Commerce Cloud is a bonus)

• Strong communication skills, including writing and editing digital content

• A flexible, solutions-focused approach with great organisational skills
