What’s the job all about?
We’re looking for a confident, people-first sales professional to join our team and drive growth across a designated territory. You’ll work with local authorities, housing associations, architects and painting contractors to promote our high-performance coatings and colour solutions. This is a B2B sales role with a strong focus on building relationships and spotting opportunities for specification and repeat business.
Your week will typically look like:
Spending 4 out of 5 days on the road visiting clients
Selling to both specifiers and applicators – from architects to contractors and decorators
Identifying leads and developing new business across your region
Supporting contract specification and providing product guidance with full training
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction from first conversation to repeat order
You’ll collaborate with internal specification and technical support teams, while building your own network of loyal clients. You’ll know you’re succeeding when your customers come back, your pipeline is thriving, and your region sees steady growth.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
Previous B2B sales experience – ideally in the trade, construction or building materials sector
Ideally an understanding of specification and/or contract sales (housing associations, architects, contractors)
A self-starter mindset and willingness to spend most of your week meeting customers face-to-face
