Crown Paints are seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager to join our fantastic team based in Sheffield.

• The role is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week (7am-5pm Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm).

What you can expect from this role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the trusted leader to a team of Sales Assistants/Drivers, guiding and supporting them to maximise store profits by driving innovative and impactful sales across our range of decorative paints and sundry products. You'll enjoy the autonomy to run the store as your own while playing a key part in developing your all-star team. By balancing strong management with genuine motivation, you and your team will create a welcoming, personalised experience for every customer from the moment they step into our Crown Decorating Centre (CDC), which will keep them coming back time and time again.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a commercially savvy leader who thrives in retail management, inspires their team, and leads with a strong sales approach. You’ll play a key role in driving store performance by regularly reviewing sales and KPI results and spotting new opportunities to boost key product sales. Having a driving licence and the ability to drive is essential, as the CDC runs a daily delivery service for our customers.
