Join our Belfast team and play a key role in delivering the service that keeps Crown customers supported every day.


Your role, your impact


This 13 month fixed term role sits at the centre of our Customer Care function. You will work closely with colleagues across Logistics, Sales, Pricing, Customer Accounts and our wider branch network. You will handle order processing, delivery queries, pricing enquiries and stock checks. Your work will help ensure customers receive accurate information and timely deliveries, contributing directly to their overall experience with Crown.
We will give you full support and training including SAP exposure. You will gain knowledge across the department and build confidence in a fast paced and customer focused environment.


What we are looking for


We are looking for someone who brings commitment to great service, a calm and organised approach and the confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues. You will balance administration with phone based customer interaction, so a helpful manner and strong written skills are essential.

A background in customer care from any sector including retail is welcome. Experience using systems such as SAP is an advantage though not essential.


Skills that set you apart


Experience within customer service or administration Comfort using computer systems. SAP experience is helpful Clear and confident communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Ability to work within procedures and manage tasks to tight deadlines Good writing skills since email is a major communication channel.
 

Hours and salary


Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00 Friday 8.30 to 4.30 & One hour lunch break each day
Salary begins at £24,115 and increases to £26,025 after six months. 28 Days holiday plus bank holidays. Competitive pension scheme.
